Unexpected Issues:

During the course of repairs, it is possible for hidden damage or unforeseen conditions to be discovered that were not visible or apparent during the initial inspection. Such issues may require additional parts, labor, or corrective measures in order to properly and safely complete the repair. In certain cases, parts may break or become damaged during the disassembly process due to age, wear, corrosion, or manufacturer design. The MRVR Co. will make every effort to inform the customer promptly if such circumstances arise. Any additional costs incurred as a result of these unexpected issues, including the sourcing of replacement components and associated labor, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Work will proceed only upon customer approval of the revised scope of repair.

Labor Warranty: 

The MRVR Co. hereby provides a limited labor warranty for a period of ninety (90) days commencing on the date of completion of the work performed. The customer shall be responsible for providing The MRVR Co. with prompt written or verbal notice of any concern arising during the warranty period. In the event that such concern relates to water intrusion or leakage, the customer shall have an affirmative duty to take all reasonable and necessary measures to mitigate any resulting damage, including but not limited to the use of fans, towels, tarps, or by discontinuing the use of the water supply.

Parts Warranty:

With respect to parts, all warranties shall be provided exclusively by the parts manufacturer. The MRVR Co. makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any parts, and expressly disclaims any responsibility for parts-related defects, failures, or deficiencies. The MRVR Co. does not extend any warranty, whether written, oral, express, or implied, to customer-supplied parts.

Customer Provided Parts:

In the event customer-supplied parts are defective, incorrect, incomplete, or require modification, or if additional components must be procured in order to complete installation, the customer shall remain fully responsible for all labor charges associated with the initial installation, any subsequent or corrective labor, and the cost of procuring any additional or replacement components necessary to complete the work.
